Overview 

At Huddle, our mission is to help address South Africa’s education crisis by making rigorous and joyful teaching & learning accessible to all through scalable blended classrooms. 

As the Blended Learning Training Facilitator, you will work closely with the Blended Learning Training Lead to design, facilitate, and develop teacher training programmes both online and in-person with partner school teachers. 

Your primary focus will be to drive measurable improvements in classroom practice through high-quality training, targeted observations, and actionable feedback. This role requires strong instructional judgment, the ability to coach teachers effectively, and a relentless focus on implementation, not just delivery.
