Blender - 2nd Shift

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The primary purpose of
this position is to perform blend repair, recontouring, deburring, removal of
residual coating, and disassembly of turbine components. Perform blending and
material removal with minimal supervision according to manufacturing and customer
requirements.

**How You’ll Make anImpact**

+ Receive assignments, verbal and/or written, fromsupervision.
+ Read and comprehend traveler, documents, keycards, and other specifications to gather work instructions.
+ Use and maintain blending tools and equipment,including large belt sanders and die grinders.
+ Recognize and replace spent consumable materialssuch as sanding belts and burrs at appropriate interval.
+ Route and blend turbine components conservingthe original contour.
+ Grit and visually inspect parts.
