Blender Operator

We are seeking Aurora Plastics is seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Blender Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for weighing, mixing, and blending raw materials used in plastics compounding, ensuring accurate formulas, safe machine operation, and consistent product quality. Candidates with experience in plastics, extrusion, compounding, or industrial mixing are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Blend raw materials according to production formulas and work orders
• Weigh and measure ingredients including resins, powders, colorants, and additives
• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Load materials into mixers using bags, totes, or bulk systems
• Monitor blend cycles and adjust settings as needed
