Position: IRL Supervisor / Blood Bank Supervisor Location: Seattle, Washington

- Oversee and mentor departmental staff, ensuring high-quality testing and workflow efficiency
- Manage departmental projects, quality review, SOP revisions, validations, and process improvements
- Provide technical expertise in immunohematology testing while supporting new method development
- Participate in interdepartmental initiatives and represent the department on leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- ASCP certification as a Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) required; MLS preferred
- Meets CLIA qualifications for General Supervisor (High Complexity Testing)
