Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to be part of the teams in supporting and keeping our TETRA systems up and running smoothly 24/7. The Engineer should have broad technical skills and a working background in basic troubleshooting.
Willingness to acquire new skills and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
- Installs, configures and maintains IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot problems on the Communications Network (Vehicles and Vessels)
- Installs, configures and maintains TETRA infrastructure
- Willing to do after office hour standby
- At least Diploma in Engineering (IT/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Min. 2 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of installation and support to customers
- Able to work independently
