**Pay:**
+ Starting at $65-75/hr depending on experience.
+ Weekly Pay!
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide consultation and training to staff and families.
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments.
+ Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic programs.
+ Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
+ Act as a program supervisor: educate, observe, assess, and ensure quality service delivery.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Current **BCBA certification** from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)....
