Overview


SpringHealth Behavioral is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Lawrenceville clinic team full-time in a HYBRID role.
Our BCBAs:

+ Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology.

+ Serve as members of Interdisciplinary Teams providing expertise regarding behavioral issues.

+ Are responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.

+ Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
