Opportunity Description
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for direct hire at their Salisbury, MD location. Sign on bonus available!! Responsibilities:
+ Completes client assessments, develops treatments plans and monitors client progress.
+ Provides support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers.
+ Provides direct supervision and training to the Behavior Technicians.
Requirements:
+ Master’s degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education).
+ BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification is required upon date of hire.
+ Experience working with ABA is preferred.
