Job Summary Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Autism Specialist – Horizons – Full Time (FTE 1). Assess individuals with behavioral disorders and develop therapeutic treatment plans based on applied behavioral analysis. Use appropriate assessments to determine behaviors needing to be addressed. Develop and monitor program delivery for client and family implementation. Perform utilization review as requested.
