Job Title: Body Shop Technician – Heavy Duty

Position Summary:
McCarthy Tire is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician – Heavy Duty to repair, fabricate, and restore heavy-duty truck bodies and structural components. The ideal candidate has strong welding and metal fabrication skills and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
+ Repair or replace damaged truck body panels, frames, and structural components.
+ Perform MIG, TIG, and oxy-acetylene welding on steel and aluminum.
+ Straighten and align frames using frame machines and measuring systems.
+ Cut, shape, and fabricate metal parts, including custom panels and components.
+ Prep, paint, and finish truck body components.
+ Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
+ Collaborate with mechanics, painters, and other technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
