Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Startup/Operate/Shut-down/Trouble shoots Utilities like Air-compressors, Air-Driers, Cooling Towers, DI Water Plant, Steam Boiler, Thermal Oil Heaters, Fire Protection Systems.
- Monitoring and Maintenance of Process Plant Equipments
- Install, service, troubleshoots, repair and overhaul basic machineries, pumps, valves, compressors and conveyor systems.
- Carryout Preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipments in co-ordination with the service providers and superiors.
- Monitor Normal Operation of Plant Equipment / Machinery / Pipe Work and Troubleshoot as necessary for smooth operation of Manufacturing Units / Packaging, minimizing downtime.
- Carry out Mechanical Lock out & Isolations as required to perform maintenance activities either in-house or by Contractors.
- Perform Job Safety Analysis, Job Safety Observations, Risk Assessments on Operation of Utilities / Maintenance Services.
