Boiler Operator - Engineering - North

:The Boiler Operator II is responsible for proficient maintenance related to HVAC and mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing, and safety inspections. This position will monitor, maintain, and inspect boiler steam, condensate systems, chiller systems, booster pumps, tube stations, elevators, as well as serve as dispatch for the Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Responds to work requests timely and professionally and is able to complete work assignments. The Boiler Operator II may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary and approved by the Supervisor.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Trade School in the mechanical fields Experience: ▪ Required: At least three years prior boiler/chiller/mechanical work or related experience.
