Boiler Systems Operator — Plant Reliability & Safety

This role is critical in maintaining plant efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure continuous steam supply
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and fault-finding on equipment
• Perform plant cleaning, housekeeping, and ensure safe equipment usage
• Take and analyse samples, record data, and log operational events
• Implement corrective actions to maintain plant performance and reliability
• Communicate effectively with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams
• Adhere to SHEQ standards, environmental requirements, and policies
• Support continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives
