What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Lumber Manager, the Yard Attendant will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Home Centre Yard.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customersAssisting in loading and unloading freight as neededBeing aware of surroundings such as other drivers, people, animals, and items in the yard where you will load and offload productEnsuring the safe transfer of material being shipped including proper cargo securementOperating and maintaining all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible mannerBeing responsible for proper storage of a variety of materialsMaintaining a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standardsAdhering to all Boundary Consumers Co-op Ltd. policies and procedures and participate in the Health and Saf...
