Overview
The Material Scheduler Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate creation, maintenance, and control of material data, BOM structures, and production information to support efficient factory operations and project delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact for BOM and material-related queries, the role ensures part codes, sub‑assemblies, and associated documentation are correctly established and maintained within the ERP system.

The role supports production planning by releasing shop orders in line with weekly forecasts, monitoring material availability, and proactively liaising with factory and project teams to resolve shortages, delivery risks, and demand changes.
