About the Role

The Advisor – Bond will support the delivery of assurance, performance monitoring, and machinery of government responsibilities within the tenancy bond system. The role works closely with the Principal Advisor Bond to manage key activities such as Official Information Act responses, complaints, ministerial requests, and sensitive case monitoring.

Key focus areas include helping Building and Tenancy achieve its regulatory stewardship aspirations and supporting the Tenancy Leadership Team on high‑priority projects, including ABODE system enhancements and benefit delivery. The Advisor will also represent the branch on projects and initiatives that impact the wider tenancy system.
