Position Summary:
Aqua Spa Nuance and Nuance MediSpa are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & HR Coordinator to support the financial and administrative operations of our growing luxury spa and medical aesthetics businesses. This position combines bookkeeping, payroll administration, HR coordination, reporting, and employee record management.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure accurate financial records, payroll support, employee documentation, and compliance with applicable employment standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration:
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation.
- Reconcile payment processors, deposits, and banking transactions.
- Reconcile gift card liabilities and gift card usage.
