Opportunity Description
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
• Experience handling both US and Indian bookkeeping processes.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
US Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate books of accounts for US-based clients.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Record journal entries and support month-end close activities.
