Qualifications
- Independent responsibilities for end-to-end internship recruitment program at plant, employee development, HR reporting and other fields of interest.
- Support and follow up both internal & external employer branding activities and project tasks including managing job posting, holding plant tours and job fair events, seminars in institutes (college, university, etc..), contacting vendors and claiming expenses.
- Fully in charge of data entry task: new hires, candidate information, employee database, health checkup.
- Other tasks ad hoc tasks as assigned by TA supervisor & HRBP.
Qualifications
- Last year students (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade or Accounting).
- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Knowledge about Power BI or other IT tools.
