As the leader of the boutique, the Boutique Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of the boutique by ensuring excellence in commercial performance, team leadership, client experience, and operational execution. This role combines leadership of the sales team with oversight of boutique operations, guaranteeing an elevated client experience, efficient back-office management, strong team engagement, and compliance with CHANEL standards and procedures.
