Role Purpose
The Shop & Operations Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique through strong customer service and operational admin support.
This role picks up essential shop-floor and back-of-house tasks, ensuring retail standards, customer experience and operational basics are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Shop Floor & Customer Support
- Deliver excellent customer service as a brand ambassador.
- Support daily shop-floor standards: presentation, restocking and cleanliness.
- Assist customers with product advice and purchases.
Retail Admin & Operational Support
- Monitor boutique inboxes and respond to customer enquiries.
- Support packaging, online order processing and returns.
- Order retail supplies, packaging and shop consumables.
