Bpo campaign manager

Role offers you: The opportunity to manage and grow a 150-seat outbound sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets. Support the Team Leaders with coaching, guidance, and mentorship to meet campaign expectations. Use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage client relationships, manage client expectations and deliverables through consistent engagement with the key stakeholders. Work closely with Senior Management to ensure campaign reporting is compiled and submitted at the desired intervals. Initiate employee incentives to drive performance in the operation. Continually review internal systems, procedures, and processes to ensure resource and operational efficiency, and make appropriate recommendations for changes.
