Handle student inquiries and support lead conversion through calls and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries. Explain courses, fees, and benefits clearly Maintain CRM and call records Follow up with interested candidates Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets Handle basic query resolution Requirements Any graduate / fresher Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Sales/BPO experience is an added advantage KPIs: Call volume and productivity Lead conversion rate Customer satisfaction Benefits
