Banking Specialist II

This position, Banking Specialist II, may be called by many other names: New Accounts Representative, etc. At First Bank, we choose to call you a “specialist” because that is what you are! You are working to gain more training and skills to help clients with new accounts as well as other non-monetary transactions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide Lobby Leadership and “choreograph” the interaction of the users. Engage clients as they enter the branch and learn about the purpose of their visit.
  • This role provides staffing assistance at our exciting Shrewsbury and Webster Groves branch locations.
  • Personalize the experience by introducing the technology to first-time ITM users.
  • Instruct the user on how to initiate an Interactive Teller session.
  • Role may involve working from multiple retail branch locations on a rotation or in sequence base...
