Branch Director

Master Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Branch Director to lead our team at our Langley, BC branch. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating branch operations to ensure efficient and effective performance. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, manage budgets, maintain administrative management, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
• Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc.
• Provide support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees.
• Take client orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Plan and participate in annual inventory activities.
