Managing the overall activities and operations of Bintulu office to achieve performance target which include sales, marketing and products support services ensuring maximum customers coverage, monitoring market situation and identifying sales potential of prime product (caterpillar), Associated Products. Responsible of overall supervision and ensure compliance of standing instruction in all business dealings are carried out systematically without undermining our company’s image and to achieve branch profitability by ensuring proper, efficient, effective, safe and economical operations of branch by controlling, directing and motivating all personnel in the branch. Main coordinator for existing customers, potential customers, head office and product principals in areas of product acceptance and performance, competitive information, and potential market growth.
