Branch Head - SM Megamall

We’re hiring a Branch Head. This role is not just about managing operations—it’s about leading a branch, driving business growth, and building a strong team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

✅ Leading overall branch operations and service delivery

✅ Driving sales performance and achieving business targets

✅ Building and maintaining client relationships

✅ Ensuring compliance with banking policies and BSP regulations

✅ Managing and developing a high-performing team

We are looking for someone who:

– Has 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or banking

– Has strong leadership and people management skills

– Understands banking policies, audit, and regulatory requirements

– Is proactive, analytical, and results-driven
