About the role The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at one of our automotive tyre centres. This will involve (But not limited to): Ensuring branch budget is achieved Line management of reporting staff Dealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and online Ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved Monitoring and managing stock levels Hands-on workshop role if and when required Interview, induct and engage all new staff Working hours: MonFri: 08:00 18:00 Sat: 08:30 17:00 One weekday off (3 weeks out of 4) One full Saturday off every fourth week No Sundays Essential Skills The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: A proven track-record in a fast-fit tyre centre envir...
