Overview

Our automotive client is urgently looking for a Branch Manager in Parklands and Goodwood.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee outlet personnel, supervise outlet operations, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations, with a focus on improving efficiencies and streamlining activities to maximize financial and other key indicators.
• Full accountability for people, financial and cash management, stock levels, and ensuring that cost and delivery requirements are met.
• Develop an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships and ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Manage the team on best practices and establish standard policies and procedures to comply with Head Office requirements.
