• Lead and manage the branch operations for the Variable Agency Channel.


• Recruit, develop, and manage a strong team of Business Associates, Agency Leaders, and Life Insurance Advisors.


• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.


• Ensure effective training, mentoring, and motivation of team members to maximize productivity.


• Monitor and review team performance; implement strategies for consistent growth.


• Build strong customer and advisor relationships by delivering appropriate life insurance solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8+ years of Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel experience.
