Branch Operator – Port Elizabeth

Duties:
Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability
Maintain/Arrange services on vehicles
Attending to vehicle licensing
Attending to Abuse on vehicles
Attending to Abuse recovery
Obtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles
Insurance claim / all relevant documents
Create workshop RA’s
Gate passes
Fuel slips
Customer liaison
Workshop liaison
Fleet pack/month end
Assist contract costing
Responsible for keys in and out to drivers
Petty cash
Arranging Insurance confirmations – and claims
Attending to Traffic fines
Attending to Breakdowns
Driver scheduling
 
Must have good communication skills and must have their own transport, available on weekend/PH or after hours if needed,
Must be excellent with administration and work in line with systems and procedures
PC literate
