Branch Technical Advisor We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Branch Technical Advisor for our Vanderbijlpark Branch. Key Performance Areas Assist customers with technical queries on all products sold by Regal. Provide a high standard of technical assistance to customers on-site and at the trade counter and telephonically. Technical support is to be provided on products purchased from Regal. Generate all necessary administration, concerning technical and quality concerning product at the branch. Provide ‘on-the-job’ coaching/training for Regal staff/customers in the branch. Check faulty goods prior to sending them in for repairs and complete the appropriate paperwork required.
