Opportunity Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead kitchen execution across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and cleanliness
- Implement and maintain SOPs, recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- Coach and support kitchen teams on station performance, service readiness, and peak‑hour execution
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance with Quality & Compliance teams
- Conduct regular outlet visits, quality checks, and operational audits‑driving action plans
- Support inventory control, waste reduction, and food cost optimization
- Partner with Ops and Restaurant Managers on labor planning, productivity, and kitchen KPIs
- Support new menu launches, product trials, and seasonal rollouts
- Lead kitchen readiness for new openings and ensure smooth execution
