Brand & Growth Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand & Growth Associate to join our initial core team in the new consumer product development. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to get hands-on across brand building, commercial, growth, and business development.

You will work directly with the founder and be involved in taking a consumer F&B product from zero to one. 

What You Will Do

Brand & Marketing Execution

• Support development of brand identity, messaging, and campaigns
• Execute social media and content initiatives
• Coordinate packaging, visuals, and creative assets

Growth & Experimentation

• Execute growth experiments across online and offline channels
• Support marketplace and e-commerce initiatives
• Track performance and derive insights from campaigns
