Brand Manager

Are you a hands-on brand builder with a passion for retail and F&B? We're looking for someone who can own campaigns end-to-end and bring the Tealive brand to life at every outlet touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns independently to drive brand awareness, outlet traffic and sales
Build campaign calendars, promotional mechanics and activation plans tied to business goals, seasonal moments and product launches
Lead end-to-end outlet marketing — from in-store activations and events to KOL/KOC collaborations and community engagement
Identify local store marketing opportunities to grow outlet visibility, acquire new customers and drive repeat visits
Oversee production of marketing materials including POSM and campaign assets across formats and platforms
Track weekly campaign performance covering sales, traffic uplift and influencer engagement — and turn data into actionable recommendations
