Brand Transformation Lead

LTE Group have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing and External Relations Department as a Brand Transformation Lead on a fixed-term (12 months), full-time (37 hours per week) basis. This is a hybrid role, working from home and our Openshaw campus.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex corporate rebrand programme, ensuring strategic and operational alignment across the group.
• Partner with an appointed brand consultancy and with senior leaders to shape brand strategy, positioning, and brand architecture across the parent brand and five business units.
