BRANDING & AI Intern/Trainee

You will join the brand team as our first AI-native brand intern/trainee. Your job is to do real brand work — research, strategy, content, campaigns — using AI as your primary way of working, and to become the team's in-house expert in AI.

This is not a technical role, and no prior AI experience is required . We will teach you everything on the job — and much of the learning happens inside the tool itself. What matters is not what you already know, but how you learn. The outcome we measure is brand quality: sharp research, on-voice content, campaigns that work. AI is how you'll get there faster and deeper than a traditional junior hire could.

You will work across the brands in the Urban Haircare portfolio. You will start with our Singapore market — where you can see salons, stylists, and customers up close — and grow into regional and global brand work as you demonstrate readiness.
