Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Branding Manager to lead day-to-day brand voice and content strategy for The Tribe Concepts. You will own the content calendar across Instagram and other social platforms, write briefs for the creative team, lead creative direction on shoots, and ensure every piece of content — paid or organic, founder-led or community-led — carries the Tribe voice. You will work directly with the Head of Brand, Marketing & NPD and the founder.
Key responsibilities
• Own the monthly content calendar across Instagram — reels, carousels, stories, founder content, UGC, and the Field Notes editorial series.
• Write detailed creative briefs for the in-house and freelance creative team (editors, designers, photographers, videographers).
• Lead creative direction on shoots: concept, mood, references, and final deliverable quality.
