Breeding & Maintenance Supervisor

The Breeding & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and team management of the Breeding & Maintenance Department. This role focuses on establishing standardized and efficient breeding and maintenance service systems, optimizing internal tools and consumables management, and ensuring the smooth operation of plant breeding, maintenance services, on-site customer support, and the ISES™ system. The role also aims to continuously enhance team capabilities and customer service quality.
