Position Title - Head Brewer Location - Gurdaspur Operations Planning & Budgeting Lead the operations planning for the brewery based on monthly forecast shared by Corporate. Schedule monthly and weekly production and achieve alignment with targets set for volume, quality, cost etc Engage with the sales team to understand market penetration and product off-take and anticipate sales growth to effectively plan for production and dispatch Formulate the overall Brewery budget basis consolidated inputs. Ensure resource availability (raw material, packaging, utilities, logistics, manpower etc.). Operations and Dispatch Management Monitor procurement and quality of raw materials, malt from contract malting units, adjuncts, yeasts from CTC, balancing existing inventory and reuse of resources (e.G. yeast reuse)Oversee brewing and production operations to ensure timely dispatch of quality products as per defined internal and statutory guidelines Coordinate with local sales head for tentative plan...
