Bridge Inspection Team Leader

What You Will Do: GFT is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Lead to join our Bridge Group in Austin, TX! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at either our Austin, Houston, or Fort Worth, TX Offices. What you'll be challenged to do: GFT has an opportunity for a Bridge Inspection Team Leader in our growing Texas practice. Projects include non-redundant steel tension member (NSTM) bridge inspections, routine bridge inspections, special bridge inspections, bridge load ratings, new structure design, as well as the inspection and rehabilitation or repair of existing structures for both roadways and railroads. Candidates will be responsible for leading field structure inspections, leading structural design tasks on projects, monitoring and adhering to budgets and schedules, performing QC or QA reviews, and working with other staff in completing projects.
