Bridge Scaffolding Team Lead - Safety & Compliance

Egis Group is looking for an experienced Scaffolding Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee scaffolding and temporary access activities for bridge maintenance and rehabilitation projects in the UAE. This role includes supervising scaffold crews, ensuring safety compliance, and conducting inspections.

The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 5 years of scaffolding experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge in scaffolding safety and infrastructure is essential. The position is full-time and on-site, and a valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
