Broker Enablement Operations Executive

Role Overview: The Broker Enablement Operations role is designed to strengthen day-to-day broker support while embedding technical discipline, structured operational behaviors, coordination, and reporting rigor. Building on the core Broker Enablement function, this role reinforces pre-bind controls, system accuracy, and evidence readiness while ensuring brokers are operationally supported and management information is accurate, consistent, and timely. The role works closely with Broker Enablement, Premium Processing & Technical, and senior Operations leadership to ensure broker activity is enabled, in line with internal standards, regulatory expectations, and best practice, and ensuring cross-department efficiencies.
