Our Lending Assessment team plays a critical role in balancing strong customer outcomes with responsible credit decision-making. We operate at the centre of lending excellence—supporting sustainable growth while ensuring every decision aligns with our credit risk appetite and regulatory obligations. 

As a Broker Lending Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing broker-originated lending applications end-to-end. From submission through to formal approval, you’ll own the journey, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and a consistently high standard of broker communication.
This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where your ability to interpret credit policy, manage competing priorities, and build strong broker relationships will directly influence positive lending outcomes.
