Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Broker of Record for RD&Co Realty Inc, Brokerage. The Broker of Record will oversee all licensed real estate professionals within the brokerage, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. They will mentor and support agents, manage contracts and transactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal requirements. Additionally, the Broker of Record will be responsible for recruiting new agents, developing and implementing training programs, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
