Budget Analyst

Summary This position serves as a Budget Analyst with the Resource Management Division located at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). RRMC is one of the Nation's premier facilities, providing support to various Department of Defense (DoD) tenants in an all-hazards environment. Responsibilities Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Managing the full lifecycle of the budget process, including formulation, justification, and execution, ensuring that all financial activities and day-to-day resource allocations align with Department of War (DoW), OMB, and Congressional mandates. Coordinating the development and submission of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), preparing comprehensive decision papers that identify budgetary weaknesses and recommend remedial action plans to senior leadership.
