Budtender / Sales Associate Toronto

We are looking for Budtenders part-time or full-time. All roles are responsible for the same general in‑store duties. Our approach is simple, hire amazing and knowledgeable people who in return can help customers buy great cannabis products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all customers that visit the store.
• Competently check IDs from every customer 19 and under.
• Assist customers in picking the appropriate product and providing excellent customer service throughout their entire experience.
• Constantly stay informed on different trends, upcoming products and cannabis knowledge to provide the highest level of customized guest service and experience.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy and merchandise is well‑displayed and stocked.
• Maintain records (digital and manual), such as inventory, guest incident reports and daily operating logs as required.
