Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer

Amentum is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled **Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer** to support facility operations in the Washington, DC area. This role is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the building automation systems that control and monitor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, lighting, energy management, and related infrastructure.

The BAS Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring system reliability, occupant comfort, operational efficiency, and compliance with Department of State (DOS) standards. This position also manages all BAS-related service contracts, repairs, and projects, ensuring proper oversight and timely execution.
