Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality. Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers. Responsible for leading and managing the rebar/formwork team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project. Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site. Supervision of the siteworks on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to given project.
