**Job Summary**

Operate the Building Automation System (BAS) and maintains equipment in proper operating condition. Respond to and makes decisions for corrective action to all alarms received on the BAS. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on the facilities support systems.

This is a 3rd shift role and offers a shift differential of 10% of base salary. The role is located at our West Jefferson, OH campus.
